Neben normalen Eintrittstickets gibt es im Laufe der Zeit auch Upgrades (Anzahl streng limitiert!), wie z.B. das Fastlane-Ticket, die Ihr unter den Zusatzartikeln finden könnt. Kinder unter 13 Jahren (Alter am Veranstaltungstag zählt) brauchen kein Ticket!
Menschen mit Schwerbehindertenausweis mit Vermerk „B“ dürfen eine Begleitperson kostenfrei mitbringen. Dazu muss am Eingang unbedingt der Schwerbehindertenausweis und der Ausweis vorgezeigt werden. Danke für Euer Verständnis.
Für die Besucher*innen gelten am Tag der Veranstaltung die zu dem Zeitpunkt des Events offiziell geltenden Vorgaben, Regeln und ggf. Corona-Maßnahmen. Eine Änderung der eben genannten Maßnahmen ist kein Stornierungsgrund.
Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden der Veranstaltung vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Es gilt § 312 G Absatz 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
Angekündigte Stargäste haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, ihren Auftritt abzusagen; dies ist ärgerlich, aber in dem Business unvermeidbar. Sollte der Fall eintreffen, werden Autogramm- und Fototickets selbstverständlich erstattet. Ausgenommen davon sind jedoch Eintrittstickets jeglicher Art.
